Easter exhibition at Nygård

At Nygård – the old forester’s cottage in Nørreskoven on Als – the association, Foreningen Nygård is, as is tradition, opening its doors to an art exhibition over Easter.

Here, visitors can view paintings and ceramics by three local artists: Berghild Lamhauge Holst, Gunhild Bloch and Jes Mogensen.
This year, the exhibition also features a young contribution in the garden. It is the Year 4 class at Nørreskov-Skolen, who are displaying two designs they have woven with wool on an outdoor loom as part of an outdoor education programme.

Everyone is welcome to the vernisage on Maundy Thursday, 2 April at 3 pm, featuring a performance by Sønderborg Musikskole. The exhibition is open from Maundy Thursday through to Easter Monday, 1 pm to 5 pm.

Admission is free, and at the art exhibition you can buy rye bread cake "brø'tort" and coffee, tea or juice for DKK 60.
